My advice will always be to treasure your health. You never know what you have until you lose it.

Sometimes less is more. One of the biggest ways we see this example shine or at least I do is in my relationship with myself. How you talk to yourself is very important.

Day six of the challenge, is something worth a ponder. We can always do more but the question is what is actually attainable? What do we actually have the space for in our lives? Hopefully that makes sense to you as well.
